Since the closure of the original Belle Isle Key complex in 2017 and its subsequent demolition in early 2018, the developer, the EuroAmerican Group, has been working on this project. However, unforeseen challenges and delays have impacted the construction timeline.
Various factors, including the pandemic, supply chain disruptions, and complexities with underground utilities, have contributed to the slower-than-expected progress of the construction. As a result, specific completion and occupancy dates for the apartments remain uncertain at this time.
We understand that you may have questions or concerns about the project, and we want to assure you that we are actively seeking updates from both the developer and the City of Miami Beach.
